Our spring session of Imperial Barber Shop’s Introduction to Barbering course starts 

March 4, 2013. 

This ten week course will provide you with the knowledge and skills of barbering such as, but not limited to, hair cut styles; tapering and fading; scissor and comb technique; clipper and comb technique; as well as straight razor shaving.

Upon successful completion of the course, you will be offered a position at one of our locations. You will also be eligible to benefit from our fantastic employee package including enrollment in our benefit plan, our RRSP and incentive programs as well as participation in a variety of motivational retreats. Additionally, you will earn 20% of the course fee back annually for the first 5 years of your employment with Imperial Barber Shop.

We Are Expanding!

Coming September 2013, Imperial Barber Shop will be opening its doors in Orleans! Look for us at 1775 Tenth Line Road, next to the new Second Cup and the Canadian Tire gas station. We are also conveniently located to other nearby stores such as Home Hardware, Scotiabank and Goodlife Fitness.

Imperial Barber Shop is proud to announce its participation in the Ottawa Wedding Show on February 16th and 17th at the CE Centre (4899 Uplands Drive). You will find us in booth 108 from 11am to 5pm both days. Our friendly and helpful staff will be happy to show you how Imperial Barber Shop can be an integral part of your wedding day by providing information about our Wedding Shave Party. We will also feature several ideas for the traditional groom and groomsmen gifts. We look forward to seeing you there!

New Barbers

We would like to congratulate our newest graduates of the Imperial Barber Shop Barbering Course and officially welcome Danny, Milan and Tom to our team.

Throughout the course, they have been able to acquire a high level of knowledge and skills and demonstrate the quality of barbering and customer service on which Imperial Barber Shop has built its reputation.

Danny and Tom are currently at our Slater Street location and Milan is at our Glebe location. We encourage you to book an appointment with them today!

New Hours At Slater

The Slater Street location is now open longer hours on Saturdays from 8:00am to 6:00pm.

Sparks is closed!

It is with regret that we finally had to make the decision to close the Sparks St location. The space was too small and there was no possibilities for expansion. We would like to take this opportunity to thank our loyal customers for their patronage over the years. We will keep our eyes open in the hope of finding a new location nearby to accomodate them. In the mean time we invite them all to visit our Slater St location.
